There’s no question 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. Some factors have been in our control — like washing our hands and wearing masks at school — and some have not, like when and for how long instruction would be virtual.
But Kinder HSPVA’s community of supporters has been an enormous bright spot! Your gift has helped every art area to overcome the unique obstacles of remote and socially-distanced teaching in Creative Writing, Dance, Music, Theatre, and Visual Art. Scroll through the timeline below to see how.
While we are very proud of our accomplishments, HSPVA Friends and Kinder HSPVA are facing severe budget shortfalls. Without box office and program income this year, some Kinder HSPVA programs are in dire need going into 2021. Your donation to the Annual Giving Campaign allows HSPVA Friends to fund the school’s most pressing needs. Together, we can set the teachers up well for the Spring Semester and give them a much-needed morale boost before the year ends.
